This week was all about you and I hope that you’ve enjoyed LOVING ON OUR MEN WEEK… I learned a lot of interesting things in the HOT TOPIC WEDNESDAY LIVE @ 9PM MEN REVEALED, TRUTHS ABOUT WOMEN, RELATIONSHIPS AND SEX. THANKS GUYS. MR. DANTE JOHNSON, I admirer your strength and faith to step out of your athletic ability to place our kid of tomorrow into a better FUTURE...


Now to end our last day in LOVING ON OUR MEN WEEK: KEEP IT SEXY!

Fellas, we ladies love you. WE WANT TO SEE YOU HERE ON EARTH FOREVER. It starts with your sexy or your health. I admit I have guy friends that stay in the gym for hours and now I know why. You genetic makeup is completely different from women. It takes hours of repetitions to get what you have. Here are just a few helpful tips to getting a more SEXIER YOU!

TIPS:

GET OUT AND DO IT: Cardio is our friend... Walk, Take a jog or Play basketball or do something. A good cardio routine helps to burn off unwanted fat and build strength and endurance. GREAT FOR THE HEART!!

BALANCE MEALS: Unlike women, you guys need a certain levels or starches and proteins. So try to eat a balance meal. Including your cereal, fruit, vegetables, protein and milk and yogurt... KEY IS TO PROTION CONTROL

GET LIFTED: Weight Lifting is a big part of your work out. Lifting weights burns fats and create muscles (duh, I know you know that) lol... SAY WITH YO’ CHEST THEN... LOL (this is from KEVIN HART’S SERIOUSLY FUNNY really funny LITTLE DUDE)... LOL

Side Bar: Ladies you are not excluded, Join your guy friends, boy friends and husbands. This will make the work-out fun... You will achieve goals together… BEAUTIFUL...

NO, NO’S:

ALCOHOL COSUMPTITION: TOO MUCH IS DANGEROUS FOR YOUR WORKOUT. FOR THE THOSE WHO TRYING LOOSE EXTRA POUNDS LAY OFF FOR A COUPLE OF MONTHS and see how quickly the results will show…

MAN BOOBS: PLEASE FELLAS, LADIES LOVE A NICE ROUNDED CHEST AND ARMS... CARDIO IS OUR FRIEND, THIS WILL HELP TO SHEDD UNWANTED WEIGHT IN THAT AREA AND TRY PUSH -UPS AND DEFINITELY WEIGHT TRAINING….

  1. I think the problem for men and women is being consistent with exercising and eating healthy. We start off good and then we die off. Whatever it is that keeps us motivated in the beginning we should keep that close so that we want stop..instead we keep it moving!

    THANKS LADIES SO MUCH FOR THE SUPPORT!! I KNOW, WE HAVE TO KEEP GOING WITH OUR HEALTH REGIMENS.. I AM DEFINITELY TRYING TO STAY IN SHAPE ( I REALLY BEEN BAD FOR ABOUT 2WKS. LOL) I HAVE TO KEEP UP!! MEETING TOO MANY BROTHAS THAT LIVE IN THE GYM ..LOL
