Greetings Heart Breakers

Hola, Hey, Hey Girl Hey,

Now, that I have your attention, clears throat, I'm excited to be back! So much has happen since our last encounter.  I'm now a Certified Mac Cosmetics Artist. I've been with the company now for the three years and counting. Wow, this goal-setting moment has been so rewarding for me.  In addition, I have started a campaign to FIGHT HEART DISEASE! That's right have become a Heart Breaker.

Did you know that Heart Disease is the #1 Silent Killer among women?  Shocking right?! I've dedicated myself with the help of ours to promote and prevent heart disease.  Heel Hearts Campaign was birth in 2012 and has continue to strive forward. Each year I have collaborated with the personal trainers, chefs, beauty and health vendors and cardiologist to help educate women on early detection, symptoms and prevention measures.  Heart Disease is a very serious disease and I am fighting to combat the untimely death tolls of women.

What is Heel Hearts Campaign?

Our Mission: To bring awareness to the heart disease that affects the mass majority of women by creating health and beauty seminars that generate and promote healthy eating, daily exercise, beauty habits and contributions to the studies of heart disease.

Our Purpose: To gain a national movement of the Heel Hearts Campaign. To gain a strong unification of women who will continually identify the need and the responsibility to prevent heart disease within our communities and cultures.

With a new outlook on life and the moments to be captured this blog will no longer just only house beauty information. This blog  will be a fun way to inform, inspire and promote health and creative way of living.  You will enjoy weekly discussions on anything from the latest fashion tips, makeup trends, exercise moves, food choices, hair tips, love and everything in between.  This is a  new adventure of all things beautiful and discovering the most important thing;YOU!
