The television world has lost yet another star, R.I.P. Rue McClanahan also known as Blanche Devereaux from the hit sitcom series THE GOLDEN GIRLS... A moment of silence please……………
If you are anything like me you were tune into the series with your mothers on Thursday nights and or on the couch today watching the series air on re-runs, laughing hysterically.  How can anybody forget the theme song, wow. To my surprise, I found out that fellas too also enjoy this phenomenal cast, but ironically will not take us to see SEX IN THE CITY. Strange... Hello Fellas, this is just a re-edition of the fabulous four we all come to love... That’s right can you see it. Blanche, Rose, Dorothy and Sophia are now Samantha, Charlotte, Miranda and Carrie. I wonder if the directors of Sex in the City are kin to the casting or the directors of The Golden Girls, um? The outrageous styles of both cast can be seen in similarities across the board. Shoulder pads, drapped dresses and scarves, large handbags and clutches, pearls and brooches, floral printed dresses, cork-heeled wedges, fancy furs and a friendship that will last a life-time. Need I say more? The trend-setters on both shows will continue to live on through their great contributions to the new evolution of fashion. So, no need to fret my friend their legacy LIVES ON... By the way Rose is doing her thang, I heard she has the hotts for JAY Z, watch out BEYONCE’!!
